Contribuisci feedbackPaid over $60.00 for food and still missing stuff. They missed half of my daughters happy meal and all the sauce that literally comes with all our meals. I don't understand how food can be missed when they have a list of my order on their screens! Theyshould spend less time upselling their blizzards and spend more time paying attention to the orders.
I really like dairy Queen and it's not the food but it's the group of people working here they are so slow. I ordered food at 7:20 p.m. and didn't get it until 7:47 p.m. I wanted to eat in and go home. They got my daughter her ice cream in under 10minutes but still hadn't gotten my food out before I decided to ask for it to go. If you go here don't expect to get foodquickly.
This location is hands down every door-dasher's (or other) worst nightmare. The drive through lane is always moving at a snails pace, it's very often they don't have the flavor or item a customer ordered. And upon every attempt to enter the lobby to pickup orders it's been closed up to 30 minutes before the lobby is scheduled to be closed. This time my experience prompted anegative review since when we called to have the lobby door opened for us to retrieve the order for the customer. The employeewho assisted us was visibly high. Don't accept orders for this location after 7pm if you ask me. The doors are locked byapparently 7:30 when Google advertises it being open until 8:30pm.
I think this is the first time I've ever given a fast food restuant a review, but I had too much of a great experience to not! I have to say I had the BEST customer service for a fast food restaurant EVER! Shane you are absouloutly fantastic, I have workedin the customer service industry my whole life and it is hard to find that anymore. Shane was kind, honest and you couldactually understand what he was saying haha. I'm deff going to be making more stops at this dairy queen as long as Shane isaround!
My hubby and I went to this location today for lunch. We ordered through the drive thru, and were pleasantly surprised at how quickly the line moved. Hubby had a bacon cheeseburger, but said it tasted odd. He enjoyed his fries though, and even ate mostof mine as well. I had a chicken strip meal, and really enjoyed the strips and gravy. I would have liked for my toast to havebeen toasted more, instead of it being soft and limp, but perhaps that's something I can remember to request next time. The guyat the drive thru window was very friendly.
