The last 3 TIMES I've been here have been with them having 45 minutes or longer before they're even supposed to close, and every single time they've been closing early with multiple workers still there. One timethey gave the excuse someone was pregnant and needed a ride to the hospital, when there was still a FULLA CREW WORKING. Itdoesn't take a full crew to bring ine person to a hospital. Today I showed up 50 minutes before they were closed, they had thedrive threw loved and when I walked in they said they just decided to turn off the grill and ice cream maker and didn't haveany reason besides they that they wanted to. I suggest someone either gets fired or teach the employees that this is not okayand not an efficient way to run a business, especially when after dinner hours are the best times for people to want ice cream.
I haven't actually been there since the start of COVID, they're just next to my work's parking lot. Most of their food was disappointing, but the chicken fingers with the gravy and toast were pretty good. It's the only thing I would get there, butwe're just a few minutes from Cane's so I don't feel any urgent need to go there
I used to come here often. Pre-pandemic, the prices were decent, service was friendly-ish, but they always were slow going through drive through cars, if there was 3 or 4 cars in the line ahead of you, you 're going to be in the line for 20-30minutes. Now, it 's about 20 minutes just for one car, it seems, even if you 're the only one in line. Last time I went there, andI mean last time I will go there, the girl at the drive through basically put in whatever food she wanted on the computer. Iwanted two numbered meals w/ drinks, and two items from the 2for$5 deal, not a lot. The price she quoted was off from what I wasexpecting, so I repeated what I wanted and she said Yeah, that 's what I had , and then she said different price than the firstprice, which also didn 't add up to expected price. I go to the window, and ask her to repeat my order... she says, It 's whatyou said. I 'm just hungry, the line is building up, so I pay. The only things correct in the entire order were the flavor of mytwo drinks; out of two numbered meals w/ no special instructions, and two extra 2for$5 things. I didn 't get the meals I wanted,or the correct 2for$5 items... This place objectively sucks.
Sad. I waited like 15-20 minutes and then was served a cold burger. Sonic's food was 10 times better
2nd person in drive thru. 1st vehicle did not have a large order. Waited in line 25 minutes, to receive 5 half melted blizzards. I do not recommend going to the Anchorage, Abbott location!
