If you order food from her expect to be in the drive through for a good 45 minutes waiting on a APP MOBILE ORDER because the lobby is closed to the public, no one wanted to answer the phone and once they did they told us we had to go through the drive through. Once we finally got to the window they didn't know that I had a mobile order they were trying to get me to pay for the person behind me. Once I finally got my food that was supposed to be already ready to go it was Luke warm like it was sitting out on the counter. Now I know the workers are doing their best with the staff they have but u guys open later, close so early and ur lobby isn't open that's just bad business practice. Find more help or close down the store the other ones around town are doing better than this one.

Person taking my order through the drive through was in a huge rush, not very responsive, and didn’t really say anything to us at all. Despite that we waited about 25 minutes in the drive through for a blizzard and coke. With 2 cars infront of us this wait time with certainly excessive. When we finally made it to the window, they told us they were not able to make the MnM Blizzard. Maybe if the person taking the order wasn’t in such a rush they could’ve told us there was no MnMs and we wouldn’t have wasted our time. Hopefully the person taking orders will be more responsive in the future and better customer service following any issues. Given the long wait time, less then ideal customer service, and having to leave without our order, we were very dissapointed. Thank you for reading this feedback!

They always forget the extra gravy, takes super long and gave me the one gravy with my pretzels bites instead of cheese! The cotton candy blizzard was not mixed right either, it only had some candy on top. Was very disappointed this time.

3 cars in front of m, no big deal. Git to window and saw my ice cream sitting on counter. Looked like it had been there a couple minutes. Sat fo about 3 minutes and no one was at window. Watched as the ice cream was melting down side of cone. Waited a couple more minutes and girl starts tapping on a screen. Knocked on window and girl held up finger. Ice cream fell over from melting. I left and won't go back ever.

Good food. They closed early despite claiming to be open online and on their front door until 9 PM. They need to modify their store hours to be accurate given this is a recurrent issue.
