Dragon Seafood - Anchorage

The food is delicious, but it's a bit expensive and the portions are small relative to the price. Rating: 4/5.

My dad ordered sweet and sour chicken and requested extra sauce, which they happily provided in a bowl—something he's been denied at other restaurants before. The food was delicious and not overly seasoned or salty as some places tend to be. The decor was attractive as well, although the beautiful paper artwork inside the lanterns seemed a bit worn. Normally, I wouldn't mind, but the overall ambiance of the place is really appealing. The restrooms were adequate—not particularly noteworthy, but they are well-maintained. I didn’t think to take a photo of the food since I wasn't planning to write a review, but it truly satisfied my cravings, so here’s a shot of my plate. I received more than I expected for $10, and I understand that running a buffet requires a certain flow of customers. Kudos to the restaurant for impressing us!

Amazing food! I have been searching for my go to Chinese Restaurant and finally found it! The Mongolian Beef was wonderful, the sauce and beef was perfection. The Spicy Shrimp had a nice nice heat that left me wanting more. The Egg Drop Soup is some of the best I have ever had. The broth was rich and a medley of flavors. The Crab Rangoon was savory with a little sweetness and had just a hint of green onion.I look forward to fully exploring this menu.

This is by far the best Chinese food in anchorage. The food was hot. The meat was tender. The decor was beautiful. All around a wonderful experience.
