Fukumaru Teriyaki - Anchorage

I've ordered from this restaurant more times than I can count, and it's consistently good every time. The service is quick, and even when they're busy, the wait isn't long.

The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The chicken teriyaki was exceptional. While waiting for our food, we had a nice conversation with the owner.

Bare bones restaurant with four tables and four high tops. Zero atmosphere but good food. No alcohol. Sodas and tea. Our combo of pork katsu and chicken teriyaki w potstickers was a good value. Everything done perfectly w crispy katsu and tender teriyaki. Sauces were a bit bland. Generous portion of sticky rice.Our order fed two seniors.

Great tasting food. But on the higher price for food but worth it. A little longer wait but I believe it because it is cooked fresh.

Food is great. Taste delicious but price is high for the portions you get.
