Contribuisci feedbackI would only recommend dining here if you have a complimentary ticket. The food is decent—typical breakfast fare—but the service leaves much to be desired. The servers are quite slow and struggle with drink orders; I requested a coffee, and it never arrived. If your meal is free, then go ahead and enjoy it. However, if you’re paying for breakfast, I suggest finding a better option elsewhere.

You really have to be proactive to catch the staff's attention. Don't count on getting drink refills. At $26 for the breakfast buffet, it's quite pricey and feels like a tourist trap.

Breakfast has returned to normal. The buffet is basic. The scrambled eggs should be avoided. They have a texture that is closer to grits than eggs. Omelettes are to order and are good and of decent size.Service, well that could be better. Servers are often seen hiding behind counter areas. When approached they pawn off the request to your server and don 't offer to get the server to you even.Value for money isn 't good. Outside of the omelette you don 't get much that would be on a free breakfast at a much cheaper hotel.
Never thought I'd base an entire establishment on one person, but alas. Here I am. Decent hotel old with few amenities but... it's Anchorage.The bartender at the nighttime restaurant at Sheraton is utterly horrible.I've dealt with Lucy in the past and she is truly remarkable. I like that woman so much, as she's truly attentive. The morning staff also shines brightly such a great group. But the female bartender I've dealt with doesn't hold a candle to Lucy's brightness.In the future, I will search for other Marriott hotels because of this woman's lack of service, support, and downright laziness. I sat for over 30 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. I ask, Sheraton, is this who you want tending your bar?
