Mcdonald's - Anchorage

I’m extremely pleased that this location has a clean Play Place for my kids. However, I rated the service at 3 stars because it took the staff nearly 15 minutes to prepare our two burgers and fries.

Every time I dine here with my children, the place is always spotless. The moment I walk in, it feels clean. I'm very appreciative of the well-maintained playground for my kids. In the photo, you can see the playground after about 20 children had been playing, but throughout their time there, the staff member was constantly cleaning—sweeping, checking the bathrooms, and wiping down tables.

My 6-year-old son discovered a box cutter in his Happy Meal! I'm relieved that he was smart enough to bring it to my attention. What on earth is going on?

So disappointed. I ordered 4 things and received only 3 out of 4. I ordered a McChicken, a crispy chicken sandwich, mocha wrap and an apple. I have everything else EXCEPT my apple cake. So disappointed! It's not the first time this happened!

The customer service is terrible. Tried to order in line and made us order through a kiosk while watching 3 employees standing behind the counter
