Order a pizza for delivery. the command never came. was over an hour with the last in the hand and no one ever answered. the next day called back and for another 30 minutes in the waiting period was and no one answered. called and chose the option for manager and no one answered the phone. called and selected option for new order. someone answered and said they couldn't help me and back to the manager line. after another 20 minutes they answered. at last my order was refunded. but the hoops I had to jump through were ridiculous.
