Contribuisci feedbackI wanted to order them twice in the last two weeks. The first time I understood the long waiting period. This time I talked to a guy. Apparently they had to put the source on the door dash drivers. He said the driver was there in three minutes. I called almost an hour later. He said the door-shlag thing said they dropped them. I told him I never got it. Then he told me he could regain it, but it takes 2 hours.
The GM of this site, Day Quan, which for the Seward-Hwy-Shop, along with Alexis the managers of the Seward-Hwy-Shop, are both excellent and beyond and beyond to ensure that their guests have wonderful service and food. You have always ensured quality and freshness for our business and we recommend it to everyone in the city. We will continue our good cooperation with these managers and hope that the city of anchorages will also look for their pizzerias from here. Thank you manager for quality and thank Papa John’s. I don't know what it is, but every time I order from here, it's always better than the pepper shaker that filled the cheese, it's just mouth water good
I called the Northern Lights Store. They asked for my first and last name, I said it was necessary. She said yes. I gave her my full name. Then I went to the order. Then she tells me they don't deliver to my side of the city and told me that I shouldn't call the old Seward because they won't deliver either. So I called the old Seward shop and they took my job and told me there was no problem to deliver. The food was fantastic. I'm just saying that your Northern Lights Store needs to do something about the woman who answered the phone.
Papa John's messed up one of my pizzas and when I returned the pizza to them; they said they'd give a refund. I never received a refund and went to the store again. The manager said to contact corporate, who in turn said they couldn't give a refund due to so much time passing. 0 stars and would not recommend.
