Pizza Hut - Anchorage

The pizza was just as I had anticipated—absolutely fantastic. However, the garlic bread was overcooked and difficult to eat.

I was tracking my order on the Pizza Hut app, eagerly waiting for my pizza to arrive right after it came out of the oven. Instead, I received a text from DoorDash saying the delivery would take an additional 35 minutes. If I wanted to wait an hour for delivery, I wouldn't have ordered pizza in the first place. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold, as were the wings. Unfortunately, I don't have a microwave, so I ended up wasting my money on lukewarm pizza that ruined my evening. I understand it's not the DoorDash driver's fault, but the Pizza Hut app's claim of hot pizza delivered in 25-35 minutes is misleading. My order took an hour from the time it was placed, and it barely made it to room temperature.

Delicious pizza and quick delivery! We had just come back from a long day of traveling, with our last flight being a grueling 6 hours. All we wanted was some good food and to relax. The order was exactly what we wanted, arrived even faster than anticipated, and was prepared perfectly.

They didn't even give me my change and refused to help me
