Starbucks - Anchorage

Who manages this? Last week these Starbucks business hours were listed as opening on 0530 and yesterday the new hours are open around 0740. can someone come out and help the manager to make a uniform timetable?

I literally stood in line for 20 minutes with a guy in front me. The employee never even acknowledged he or I was even standing there. The first guy walked off then when I started to fill out a comment card, he finally acknowledged me. Do better. That was ridiculous

It is a Starbucks, so just as meh as any other Starbucks. Would recommend most other coffee shops instead when convenient.

The starbucks itself doesn't deserve 5 stars but the lady working the counter does. She didn't have a name plate but she had a sleeve tattoo. Not sure if people didn't show up to work but she's the only one back there and she's crushing it. She's taking orders, making food, making drinks, beep bopping around 100mph and I honestly got my drink faster than I do at a fully staffed Starbucks. Give this girl a raise.

Starkbuck always has the best coffee for a treat for everyone to have. Thank you for your great service.
