Contribuisci feedbackI would rate this experience poorly if I could. We were in line when a staff member wearing a cap came in. He didn't wash his hands; instead, he put on gloves and, in a low voice, asked for our order without any greeting. I asked for a spicy Italian sandwich. My wife was ready to order as well, but he then asked me what I wanted less than a minute later, still in that same low tone. It was clear he didn't want to be there. There was someone else in our group, but she decided to order from another place. Later, she told me she didn't like his attitude from the start, especially since he didn't wash his hands. He asked us what toppings we wanted on our sandwiches. My wife went first, and she became frustrated because he seemed dismissive and rushed with her choices. She raised her voice to express her displeasure. When he wrapped up the sandwiches, he muttered something under his breath and then asked if I would tip him. He carelessly shoved my sandwich into the packaging, almost smashing it. I turned to my wife and the other person with us and said we were leaving. We will never come back!
They opened at 11 o'clock, but nothing was ready. They were out of the new sandwiches that were being advertised. They didn't have the best options for an Italian sandwich. My bread felt like it was a day old, and even the mayo was warm. The only positives were that the place was very clean, and the guy working there today was really nice.
It would be more attentive to the ingredients listed in the order. instead of following individual instructions, we had a repetition of the ingredients for all orders. my children don't like it and I would never order it for their sandwiches.
On Sunday, May 22, 2022, my family visited the Subway located at 322 Boniface Parkway, Anchorage, AK. Shortly after our meal, both my family member and I became ill, and we had both ordered the same sandwich. I called the restaurant right away to speak to someone, but the manager was not available. A week later, I attempted to contact the manager again, but I never received a call back. It seems that this manager does not prioritize their customers' concerns.
My husband brought home meatball subs which is usually delicious .I'm pregnant and was really looking forward to it. My meatballs are super old. Their very dry, discolored and ruined my sub. No reason why fresh ones weren't available regardless of the time (1 1/2 hrs prior to closing). The employee I give 5 stars . Just that 1 thing have it a 2 star review.
