Contribuisci feedbackWhen I politely pointed out that I always ordered the same meal, she turned the register screen towards me, raised her voice, and became very confrontational, creating a scene. I raised my hands and said I would just leave, and as I was walking out, she told me not to come back. I was one of their most frequent customers. While the other staff members are laid-back and accommodating, I've noticed that I prefer it when this woman isn't there. Her tone is consistently loud, and she seems to treat every customer like an inconvenience. I remember laughing during a previous visit when there were just three customers present—one checking out, me getting a sandwich made, and another waiting for their order—and she claimed they were "swamped." While I don't want to judge, I believe that working in customer service requires a much better attitude. As a loyal customer, I will be taking my business—and my appetite—elsewhere.
I visited this location to pick up a mobile order, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I discovered that the Parmesan cheese they use is actually in powdered form, which I didn't expect. I politely asked if it would be possible to add some real cheese to my sandwich, but the young man named Lewis was unhelpful. He made it seem like adding a couple of slices of cheese was a big deal and refused to do so without charging extra. I fail to understand how a small addition like cheese could significantly increase the cost of my sandwich. To make matters worse, Lewis wouldn’t even tell me his name for my review, claiming I was "blind" for not seeing it on his hat, which was partially hidden by his long hair. He could definitely use some training in customer service. Come on, Subway, you can do better! A few slices of cheese shouldn’t be a problem.
My son and I remarked that this Subway looks like the cleanest and friendliest one in Anchorage.
The manager served me and I have never had a worse experience of customer service in my life.She talked over me multiple times. And got my order wrong. When I tried to correct her she talked over me again, called me ‘hun’ and ignored my request.I love subway and I have a high tolerance for BS. she is the single reason I will never come to this subway again.
Cindy the manager is incredibly disrespectful, I strongly recommend visiting a different subway.
