I knew what to expect being aware that everyone was out having lunch at the same time and patient I was in an up to 10 minute waiting line. But geez, talk about horrible customer service by a particular employee. I understand that during rush hour you need to go fast. However, no need for rudeness and unnecessary remarks. Making one feel like it's inconsiderate to add more or less to their personal sandwich, especially in a fast food location where I should be able to pick and choose to my own taste buds. Uncomfortable and ready to run out is what I did. I know that one employees behavior doesn't speak for all. This was my own experience. May it help whom it shall. Need I say more. The picture speaks volumes. Body contact with the sandwich.
Decided to try a different sandwich besides the Italian BMT, choose the philly steak. Well that was first mistake. After they started preparing my sandwich after they had toasted it. This is when they informed me they had no green peppers or onions. Now what kind of a philly steak sandwich doesn't have green peppers and onion...just saying. Fresh sandwiches for a chance of pace from burgers, fries or tacos.
I have ate here everyday this week 2 meals a day. They have always been out of something. Breakfast no eggs whites, dinner no white bread, out of shredded beef, out of cheese. Its always been something and the amazing thing is they don't know where to find it. One lady told me I could wait while she goes on a run to get egg whites? Workers make a neat sandwich so I guess 3 stars for customer service.
Extremely slow service. Frequently out of ingredients or bread. Have to be told 2-3 times what you want. Edit: Changed my rating to one star because I bit into a big gob of mud in my sandwich while eating there today. Yes, mud. Wrapped up in spinach leaves. I won't be eating at Subway any more.
One cashier is a really nice guy. Not much to complain about. Others complain about slow service and running out of ingredients but it a subway on an army post. Every swingin' Richard eats here for lunch and breakfast because they are to lazy to go home or make lunch. So of course it will be slow and lack ingredients
