Taco Bell - Anchorage

We visit this restaurant regularly a few times a month, but tonight was very disappointing. The line was long, and although the guy said my sauce was in the bag, it wasn't there. I even waited in line for 20 minutes, which is unusual for what is usually a great place known for its speed and efficiency. I understand they might be understaffed like many places these days, but after waiting in line, I expect to receive what I ordered. The tacos were cold and broken, and I ended up waiting another 5 minutes at the window.

During our visit to the restaurant, we ordered several items and when our food arrived, we noticed that two of our dishes were missing. We asked the staff to help us order and add the meaty melt burrito that was overlooked. Honestly, it was a bit confusing. The staff seemed uncertain about their own menu, which contributed to the overall odd atmosphere. Additionally, while we were there, I asked one of the employees how their day was going, and their response was quite concerning. They replied with something along the lines of, "I'm just here; I wish I were dead." It was a strange and unsettling experience throughout our visit.

Once again, Taco Bell did not let me down. The gentleman who took my order really deserved a generous tip. I often find it hard to recall the menu items, so I usually check the menu or ask someone for assistance. This time, I decided on a double decker taco supreme. He kindly mentioned that it would be just a few cents extra and that it wasn’t listed on the menu, but that didn't bother me at all.

I'm going to Taco Bell with my friend! Are the Mexican pizzas back or not? They're my favorite, especially since I found out I have a gluten allergy and can no longer eat burritos! By the way, this location is amazing. I'm just frustrated with the franchise as a whole. Most Taco Bells up here seem really great, to be honest.
