The food was tasty, but it seems like they frequently forget some of the side orders. This is the third or fourth time that something has been missed from my order. I'm not thrilled about it, but I have to say the food is still enjoyable.
We had a horrible experience tonight at dinner. We had ask management to move tables cause we had a friend who has ptsd and needed to be against the wall. They were fine with that but our waitress was rude. We had Tina she came our table with an attitude. Took forever for us to order our food with her. Then it took forever for our food to arrive. I get being busy but we had to ask other servers for more bread. Tina never checked on us. Asked us how we were doing or if we needed anything. She acted annoyed by us being there. The service just spoiled our whole night. We don’t recommend going to this location we have been to the other one and had amazing services. We won’t be back to this location at all.
Horrible experience! I have eaten at other Texas Roadhouse and the steak is good. I like my bone Ribeye and find that the hand cut is a treat but eating the hand cut steak at this location has been horrible. Twice I gone to the location and I had the samey bad experience with their hand cut bone in Rib-eye. I brought it to the server attention the first time and they replace my rib eye. I receive a discount and was told to give another chance. The second time I had brought my parents to celebrate and had chosen our bone in rib eye in the front. It’s took 40 min to receive our food. Finally receiving our food and all of our food was way under cook. We ordered medium and medium well. The waitress didn’t come back to check on us or ask if our steak was good. By this time I reach out to a manager. The manager ask if we were asked on the quality of our steak. We mention no and the server mention that he ask us. Lying and making it seem we were at fault. I had better experience in different location with Texas Roadhouse. I don’t recommend this place. They sure do need adjustments. After paying our bill and leaving a staff in the back spoke out loud we know how to cook our steaks and don’t need anyone telling us. Making it seem like I am wrong. So if you want to go to this location be prepared.
This restaurant is a lively and inviting spot for a satisfying meal. The bread is fantastic, especially when paired with their soft butter. The sides are also impressive; the house salad offers a refreshing touch. I ordered the New York Strip steak cooked to medium, which was perfect, though it leaned towards medium-rare, but that was fine by me, especially for a fatty cut. Their Dark Horse Cabernet wine was delightful, maintaining its fruity yet velvety richness. The service was friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall great experience. My only reason for deducting a star is the price of the wine by the glass. With four glasses per bottle and the Dark Horse Cabernet retailing around $9 a bottle, charging almost $8 for a glass feels steep. This pricing issue seems to apply to their other wine selections as well. While many restaurants have similar pricing strategies, I believe charging more than twice the bottle price for a glass is excessive.
