The Bear Paw Grill - Anchorage

Great variety, more affordable compared to most restaurants in Alaska, and a large seating area. Kind of a play on the Black Bear Diner feel with the menus. They have a few unique selections on their menu like reindeer sausage jalapeño poppers. Thewere a hit with our table (even with those that don't like jalapeños). Impossible burger was a great option plus you can getburgers lettuce wrapped. They will do a decent side salad instead of fries too! Full rack of ribs was a lot of food (note toself) asked for them dry rubbed instead of in sauce and they didn't taste like they put any seasoning on them. Shame. Nachoswere huge and loaded, super tasty. Tried the chicken wings (bone in) they were good. Service was quick and friendly. Bathroomswere super clean and modern. Would definitely come back.

My family I had such a great experience here! Their nachos spinach dip is always our go to appetizers. Tried the steak with loaded mashed potatoes and they were soooo good! Not pictured is the Tuscany chicken pasta pizza definitely a great choice ifyou?re indecisive about what to get.

Grizzly pizza is the best! Lots of beers to choose from, as well as liquor and mixed drinks. Pretty good sized menu overall but all I came here for was the grizzly pizza! Nice place with lots of TV's and stuff on the walls. Friendly bartender and yeah, I'll be back one day...beware of the grizzly bear!

This place was great. Had the Bison burger twice, it was that good. Service was good, prices were reasonable. It's a sports bar, but if you plan to go when there is a rain storm, you may need to rethink your plan. They have satellite, and with the weather it's hit or miss to be able to watch any games.

Interesting place. Sports bar work Alaska style dinners. Salmon, bison, seafood Alfredo. Busy for a Wednesday night. My last meal out with my family before returning home to Alabama the next day.
