Top Bop - Anchorage

So we go in to get a bowl and everything is all good when you order while there making other food. So we order and she starts to make our drinks as I pay... soon as I pay and the receipt prints she turns to us to tell us they are out of vegetables.. after we pay and says she forgot and still have to pay full price.. quote I don 't make the rules.. that 's something you don 't forget..

Delicious and fresh! The amount of meat, veggies and rice were just perfect. We were afraid that there would be a lot of rice, surprising enough it was the right amount. I only gave it a 4Star due to the fact that the employees were so busy that walk-ins were nearly not as accompanied with service. Crazy how dead it looks in the parking lot and how many people do takeout here. If you do choose to stop here, definitely have an order in before you arrive.

Friendly customer service, Poke bowl good especially for the price you cant beat that. Unfortunately, however, the bulgogi beef bowl was room temperature. The rice on both bowls seemed like it was cooked in the am and left in the pot with out heat. I feel like i was sold an order of bulgogi beef that was not picked up previously and it was not fresh. We ate there. This was at the Muldoon location. I will try this again but at a different location. I also wont be accepting any dashes from this place as i might get blamed for the cold food. I also wouldn’t want to serve someone something that might have been kept at an unsafe temp.

Not a good customer service. Not friendly. Will not come to this place anymore I been order mine online and the assistant manager refuse to help me. All the other that come after me get their food one by one but not me.

The staff are always professional and glad to serve. Ingredients are ALWAYS fresh, without fail. The Poke Bop is my personal favorite, with succulent fish and steamy rice. Wife thinks I have a problem because I request this for dinner more than anything. Best bang for the buck too. You can not find anything nearly this good for the price anywhere else.
