Wendy's - Anchorage

Perhaps I was fortunate, but my experience at this Wendy's was quite good. I went through the drive-thru for a breakfast sandwich, and I had it in my hand in no time...

There was one car waiting at the drive-thru window for their order when I arrived. I pulled up to the speaker to place mine, and the woman on the headset managed to take half of my order before she paused and...

"After waiting for 25 minutes in the drive-thru, I finally reached the speaker and informed the staff member that I had placed an order through the app. This completely altered the situation..."

Natasha and her team are quick, efficient, and extremely friendly and helpful. This is the only Wendy's I will visit, thanks to the great service I always receive here.

This is definitely one of the slowest places to get food in the entire city. Each time you visit the drive-thru, you can expect to wait around 45 minutes.
