Their business hours during 4-day weekends are always a mystery. Sometimes they do regular hours and sometimes they do weekend hours. When they are running out of food, they rather serve you smaller portions than replacing the trays. This place may be good for civilians that occasionally eat there, but not for meal card holders who are forced to eat there every single day.

This place serves the best medium rare chicken I've had anywhere around the Mississippi River. The decor takes me back to a simpler time, with a nostalgic feel reminiscent of "Brokeback Mountain." The staff are consistently cheerful, though be aware that the portion sizes might be a bit on the smaller side.
