I was really hoping that mobile ordering would be beneficial for both customers and the restaurant, but that hasn't been my experience. Every time I go to Zaxby’s and mention that I placed a mobile order, they tell me to park in the Curbside Pickup area and seem to forget about me while I wait. I've come to the conclusion that it's just better to order through the drive-thru and skip the app altogether. I've consistently had to wait around 30 minutes for my food, while countless cars in the drive-thru pass me by. Overall, I’d rate the food as a 4, the service as a 3, and the atmosphere as a 3.

I recently enjoyed a takeout lunch that exceeded my expectations. The Kickin Chicken Sandwich Meal was a highlight, boasting delicious flavors. The service was prompt and friendly, making the overall experience pleasurable. The atmosphere, even for takeout, felt inviting. Plus, there’s plenty of free parking, which is always a bonus. I definitely recommend this spot!
