The second visit to this restaurant was terrible, just like the first. Last time, the pizzas were missing ingredients and undercooked, requiring us to finish cooking them at home. This time, the pizzas were overcooked and had burnt meat toppings, even on the vegetarian pizza. Additionally, the sauces we had paid for were forgotten, and both pizzas inexplicably had pineapple on them. When we called to complain, the staff seemed disinterested and offered a credit for two lower-quality pizzas instead of reimbursing us for the premium and classic pizzas we had ordered. It would have been preferable for them to remake the pizzas properly, as picking off the burnt toppings was not a pleasant experience. Previous feedback requesting a free pizza was met with a certificate that didn't work and no response to our inquiries. Overall, I would rate this experience as 0 out of 5 stars if I could.

Horrible service. Twice we have ordered over an hour in advance for a delivery. First time it was 45 minutes late, second time we called to see where it was and was asked to come pick it up because they were short of drivers. Will be avoiding any future orders from them

4.5 I’ve ordered from this store a few times. Usually average, even a very poor experience once. Whoever was working on the 2nd of August at around 4/5pm has completely turned the store around. The pizzas were all great, generous toppings and steaming hot upon arrival. The garlic bread was also cooked perfectly! Probably the best dominos I’ve ever had
