When 80% of the slopes are closed because of bad weather,you can get a small discount on the ski pass. But if you bought it on internet, you get nothing ! Be careful, the sales policy is unfair !

Beautiful ski area, beautiful views and there is a ski bus between the two parking lots in Andermatt, which is included in the ski ticket (unfortunately not that easy to find out). However, customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Responds to constructive criticism of the website with an automatic response, but you don't receive a response within the specified 24 hours. When I wrote again after 3 weeks, I received rather unfriendly feedback.

The prices are confusing. andermatt changes its price structure always year and the prices vary between channels. the management really want them to buy online in advance, but be careful as the mountain is very susceptible to fog and wind and tickets are not refundable they are encouraged to buy in front of location automated machines that do not offer the family tocket discount they sell them an adult and two children's tickets, but not the discount. that is either IT incompetence or pure greed. due to the cost reduction there are in the regular very long queues and the app does not work on site because the mobile signal is bad, so that try to buy online will be very frustrating the ticketing is a beak and in this year they have added an additional fee of francs to use the train between the city, oberalp and sedruns that they have to advise if they need it and if in Switzerland, there are much better ski areas than others with better facilities and better snow management should fix their channel problem and improve their prices. not a fan

Great place to ski. blue sky and not too busy at the moment. I have a half-price ticket for the daily ski costs. it is worth to go and check it

I see that the admin simply does not want to accept the critics of the customers. that is simply unacceptable. improve their prices because the value they offer does not correspond to the market.
