The food at this restaurant is always excellent and it is my favorite place to eat. However, on September 5, 2023, when I arrived at 8 o'clock, I was told to order immediately or I wouldn't be served. I ended up not receiving my soup and there was a $4.50 additional charge for some reason related to the time, which was confusing. I spent nearly $80 on four meal deals that were priced at $12.50 or less on the menu. While waiting in the lobby because we were told they closed at 8:30, all the lights in the building were turned off while I waited an additional 10 minutes for my food. This experience was terrible and it completely ruined the 20 years of amazing experiences I had previously enjoyed at this restaurant. We used to frequent this restaurant for years, but we will never return after the disrespect we received from the staff. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1.
