Contribuisci feedbackThe server was courteous and prompt. However, the greeter seemed unclear about what a reservation was and didn’t seem familiar with OpenTable. Fortunately, there was plenty of seating available, so it wasn’t an issue. I did notice a somewhat limited menu, likely a result of ongoing Covid challenges. Overall, the servers were polite and attentive to their customers.
We had a reservation, but when we arrived, they told us, "We don't do that," and placed us on a one-hour waitlist, which we declined. The staff was rude, and the tables and floors were dirty.
I made a reservation and arrived at the restaurant, but the staff member at the front desk was quite rude. She told me the wait would be 1.5 hours. When I mentioned that we had a reservation, she informed me that they weren't accepting reservations due to Covid. I explained that I had successfully made a reservation, but ultimately, I chose to leave without dining there.
Reserved a time and showed up to find out they done use open table
Tony has made a great job with our eating. cooked for perfection! also the service of our server was great.
