Food is good as usual but this time was given the wrong order of my burger. The line was super long and I already waited 15 minutes to go back and exchange order; so therefore I was stuck with the order ?

Good and quick like always, my kids in 20s love taking Dad there because it reminds them of when all 7 of us would go there because we could afford it. Now we go cause we like it.

Both service and quality have really seem to have dropped off, despite the price going up.

Ordered a big double tray with onion rings and cheddar bites; received a big double tray with burnt onion rings, 2 cheddar bites, and 6 holes burnt through the styrofoam.

Its ok. I really don't see why this place is still open. Food be cold, the employees don't have pride in what they do. They put extra stuff in food, like plastic and bugs.
