It was as simple as having pickles on my sandwich when I specifically asked for none, the potatoes had the consistency of watered-down grits, and a three-piece meal only came with two pieces of chicken. Come on, guys!
I’m struggling to even give this place a one-star rating. The service from the manager was extremely rude. We waited 14 minutes for food we never received. The only reason I’m giving it one star is because one of the staff members was very nice. No one bothered to come to the window to update us on what was taking so long. It wasn’t until I honked my horn three times that someone finally came over to explain the situation. We found out they were out of the food we ordered. Keep in mind, we ordered $55 worth of food that we never got. What happened to respect and common courtesy? Clearly, not at KFC in Anderson.
The service was exceedingly slow. I had to stop and wait over 30 minutes for my food, while other cars that arrived after me were served before me, despite having larger meal orders. It came across as very unprofessional. I even called the restaurant, and they promised my order would be ready soon, but I ended up waiting even longer.
The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the server was friendly and skilled at his job. He took our order, assisted in preparing it, and personally served it at our table. The food was fresh and served hot.
The service was extremely slow, and the staff appeared to be quite confused about several things. Unfortunately, they were not very friendly, and we ended up receiving the wrong meal.
