Had the lunch special, salad hamburger steak mash potatoes homemade gravy, pinto beans and cake. Randi was our server she was awesome everyone is so nice here. Food was amazing felt like I was back at grandma's house.

The food at kotta when I was younger was so good. However, when I took my fiancé here the first time. It was good with unsanitary notable things. The soda cans were dusty and mine had a dead bug on the top. I didn't want to even crack it open and pour it into a glass. There were dead bugs on the ground by our table too. But the food made us willing to come try again.The food was good but the consistency isn't there. The second time we went back, I ordered the exact same thing. I was so ready for it again! Annnnd it wasn't even close. This was only 2 weeks since the last time we were there too. But it was like night and day. I didn't even eat the whole thing. I couldn't bring myself too.Pricing isn't exactly worth it.
