Contribuisci feedbackThe food was wonderful and my Burrito was exquisite I had hot tea and I could not go enough of the tea you definitely go there. We made a mistake and Omelette set, because we also went to IHOP and they have wonderful Omelette.
My cousin got 4 chicken bowl and she had to tell them to put more food in the bowls. She shouldn't have to. They only put one scoop of everything in the bowl. They should put 2 or 3 scoops of food in the bowl.
No one said “welcome to Moe’s”, lady making the food was complaining about working and being shift leader. Got steak tacos and the steak was cold, queso was out in cup for nachos and it was 2 spoon fulls. Didn’t even cover the nachos that I purchased. Ugh!!!
First off, Jerry is awesome. Love him, but that's where the good stuff stops. Went this morning with the family for free kid meals. Was met at the door saying the system was down and wouldn't be up for 5-15 minutes. Okay, we'll wait. Another guy goes in and is told the same. He walks to his car and walks back in saying he ordered online and paid online. Was told to cancel his order. He showed he couldn't. They began fixing his order. We asked if they were up and running and were told no. We asked about the guy whose food was being prepared and were told he ordered online through the app. We asked if they could process through the app and were told no. We asked again why the other person's food was being prepared. Was told again he'd ordered online. Once again asked if we could order online and get our food. Guy talked in circles to the point we gave up and left. Not the first time we've had issues. Got told once they couldn't help me because they were completing a catering order. I said I was in no hurry and could wait. They insisted I leave. Ordered in store another time and was told I couldn't use my banked rewards because it was free kids meal day. I had no kids with me. At this point, I'll just drive to Greenville. The convenience of Anderson no longer makes up for the poorness of the food and service. Jerry is still awesome, though.
I had the best experience until I got checked out. The cashier, Samantha, was on her phone the entire time and had the worst attitude. Snapped at me and my boyfriend when I didn’t hear what she said bc I didn’t know if she was talking to me or the person on the phone. Not only that, but I heard her say some very racist things about her coworkers. People like her don’t need to be working with the public.
