Starbucks - Anderson

My daughter visited the restaurant last week and returned this week in hopes of having her coffee made correctly. Unfortunately, last week the coffee was so poorly made that she had to throw it away. The girl working at the time was rude and refused to remake it. This week, the same girl made it incorrectly again. After being rudely offered a remake, the coffee was still made wrong a second time. My daughter contacted corporate about the issue, but they were unable to assist her since she paid with cash and did not have a receipt. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Overall, the service for takeout was very disappointing.

The restaurant has a strong unpleasant odor of decaying cows and sour milk. It is recommended that the dumpster be relocated. This affects the dining experience greatly. Food and service both received a rating of 5, but the atmosphere is rated a 1.
