Zaxby's - Anderson

Used to straight up avoid this place months ago but something happened in the last few months clearly. Drive through was always backed up and slow but now it isn’t. Food is wonderful like it always has been but with the speedy and wonderful customer service, it’s the best zaxbys in town by far.

First time ever trying Zaxby’s in general. It was pretty good, fast food vibes in out. I really liked the sauce they had but for got the name of it.

This place is amazing! Located next to a gas station and opposite Wal-Mart, it has all the essentials. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are friendly. The restaurant is clean and the air conditioning was just right for escaping the scorching 90° heat. Don't miss out on the tasty zax snack, nibblerz meal, or a delightful salad.

I requested a salad with extra cheese, but I received something different instead. I was initially upset, but I couldn't help but laugh. Update: The management reached out to me regarding my experience and resolved the issue. Thank you, Mr. Disharoon!

I originally gave this restaurant 4 stars years ago, but let me just say: they have now earned 5 stars from me. The manager and staff were working together seamlessly today. They were efficiently fulfilling orders, and the food was both fresh and delicious. They have significantly improved the overall satisfaction of this establishment. Thank you very much.
