Mandala - Andorra la Vella

Excellent Indian restaurant hidden in the back streets of the old town of Andorra; well earned by 5 stars. The menu was fixed; in a “Tali” style with various bowls of delicious Indian Curries side dishes brought to the tables; there was no choice or a menu, we only got what was served this evening. It was really good. Not huge spicy, but extra pepper were delivered for those who wanted more kick. I enjoyed everything and judged by the empty bowls, so did the other 7 diners in our group. A chicken dish; the others were veggie. All homemade and wonderful. Absolutely back! Our waitress was a pleasure. Charming conversation. The kitchen is open so you can wave at the chef when he creates his magic. Andorra has very little Indian food (I think this is the only dedicated restaurant; instead of somewhere that only makes a few curries on the menu. Thanks Mandala! (I forgot to make food)

Truly unique Indian restaurant, unlike many I have seen throughout Europe. Menu, decor, food, owner everything was top notch. Complete from the quality of food here via Bowled

I don't say that easily when I say this was the best curry I've ever eaten. Every bite of each one was a sense of taste, my wife and I basically wept tears of joy. The cook was the most beautiful host and made us feel like family. The value is incredible, every penny worth, would have paid twice if we had to. Gracias mi amigo inte amamos! We also practiced our Spanish and he was so kind to help us and talk to us in English when we had to and again in Spanish to help us practice!

This was an incredible find! Hidden down a pedestrian street, this restaurant has only two people running their five star show just the incredible chef, and the very friendly waitress who has a passion for sustainability. The food is not thali style as someone else described, but family style. Chicken curry comes out in sharing bowl, along with lentil curry, the most delicious zucchini I’ve had in a long time, rice, and a bread. The chef is very talented, and brings a piece of home to Andorra. For anyone doubting Indian in Andorra… go! You won’t be disappointed even the rice was cooked perfectly :D Everything is reasonably priced as well €50 for two including beer) and they are dedicated to creating something mindful, local and delicious. I utterly love this restaurant. My food was healthy, tasty and exciting, and the staff are really genuine, and the restaurant is just beautiful and zen. It is the perfect place to pass an evening, shanti shanti
