Poplar - Andover

I work close to the restaurant and I have been recommending it for almost 4 years and not one guest has ever returned without raving about the food and the service. The pizza is spectacular but the wide range on the menu and everything is made so well it all seems like eating from Home. I'll keep recommending this restaurant and being one of it's best customers too. They have kept me honest for four years this summer for a great place to Eat. Family Friendly and Casual. My favorite.

The whole experience was a joke! Thought we would try it again but never again , staff barely acknowledged us food was cold one refill and came time to pay nobody wanted to wait on us told us to sit down waitress would deal with it. No condiments like salt and paper on table or ketchup. Our drinks spilled on waiters hand and he shook it off then he gave 1 refill . My sandwich was a grilled chicken sub and it looked like it was thrown together, I asked for no mayo or tomato and it was full. Totally disgustingI will never go back

We went to Friday at 5 pm for fish and chips during lent. Very happy with portions, service, and taste!

We arrived around 5 pm with a 30 minute wait to be seated. It took an additional 30 minutes to get our drinks. Our food didn’t arrive until after an hour of waiting at the table at 6:30. That’s my biggest complaint. The management should be embarrassed on how understaffed it is there. The server was nice so I don’t mean to take away credit from them. My party liked the food for the most part.
