So prices went up, customer service went down and wing sizes are going down too? They're counting these as wing pieces now?, I got more than 4 of these in my 10 piece so I guess I got an over priced 6

Waited 45 minutes for 1 chicken sandwich. Call ahead, as dining in or taking out without calling ahead is not an option. The food is good, but the young man behind the counter, although apologetic, seemed very nonchalant about it taking that long, which tells me this is their standard. Pretty ridiculous for a fast food chain. Regardless, as long as you call in ahead of time, you will be fine.
