Impeccable service, it remains one of my heartburns, you always eat as well... I haven't put my feet there for about ten years, I took the first containment and ate there in early February... A safe value...
We had not come to this renowned restaurant in the region for years. It is with pleasure that we have found this beautiful setting and a tasty cuisine. We are pleased to see that the owners held the shock of containment and we wish them the best for the future. However, a few small notes came to darken the painting of this evening. The restaurant was complete and one of the young girl at the service was obviously looking forward to the evening ending glass of wine placed without cleaning and without in word by the left, discussions with our table neighbors that she knew, ... . The noise is also a real black point. The space is stabilized to the maximum and the number of guests per room makes it impossible a non-drug meal. At the level of the plate, the entrance was exquisite and tasty. For the dish, röstis too cooked but rhyme with excellent veal. We took a bottle of sparkling water but she was brought to a neutral bottle, we didn’t know what we were buying. For a restaurant that wants to be upscale, disappointment to see the printed menu on a paper table set with, among other things, all the restrictions no single dish on Saturday, payment in cash on Thursday, no adaptations entered flat etc ... These organizational decisions are understood but it is not very pleasant to go to the restaurant and have to digest a rules of procedure. Why not report the special points of the day at the time of booking or the installation of the guests? We would have liked, given the weather, to enjoy the terrace. We were upstairs and air conditioning was only lit at the end of the meal. The heat was hardly bearable. The line at the bar for payment is not very pleasant either, lack of discretion, all guests hear the note and hear that of others. It is more pleasant for the customer to pay the bill at the table. Although the quality of the products in the plate is well present, the addition is salted and the value ratio is somewhat unbalanced. We feel in these prices the increase in the cost of expenses and the recovery.
Very beautiful frame, the kitchen is refined with flavors and well-dobedded harmonies. Quality products sublimated by the chef. The plates are a feast for the eyes. The service is well organized, several waitress (no glasses hanging at the table, plates disembarked quickly) The only blows the noise... the building is a farm body, the ceilings are low. The groups are often numerous so it's noisy.
