AROMA SUSHI - Angers

My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting Angers last September. We were so impressed by Aroma Sushi. The fish is fresh, the sushi selection is excellent, and their desserts are exactly what you need to get the great culinary experience. What we loved is that Mikah gives every dish 100% personal attention that you cannot get many places. The service is great, but remember that you are in France where the pace of life is more like in Hawaii, so do not expect paralyzing food service as in states where the 2 sushi kitchens at the front bar have 10 more mates in the back of the kitchen. Coming from Southern California, there are many excellent sushi options with fresh seafood, but Aroma Sushi is up there with 3 of our all-time favorites. Experience all 5 stars!!! Must visit, taste and appreciate the ambience when sushi in rage and craving! We'll be back a day!

Excellent restaurant, we have enjoyed it and it is so melting and light.... if you want a table, think to book a week in advance at least!

Very good and original, however the menu at 35€ is really not rich enough. I left the table clearly not having enough to eat, which very rarely happens to me. That being said, the dishes are really very good, very well presented, the setting is pleasant and the service attentive (but a little too automatic . (Original Très bon et original, cependant le menu a 35€ n 'est vraiment pas assez copieux. Je suis sorti de table en ayant clairement pas assez manger, ce qui ne m 'arrive que très rarement. Ceci étant dit, les plats son vraiment très bons, très bien présentés, le cadre est agréable et le service soigné (mais un peu trop «automatique» .
