BISTROT 41 - Angoulême

One of the best gourmet restaurants in Angoulême. Delicious dishes, not too copyy. The privileged quality to quantity. Taste, know-how, requirement, good products... and professionalism. I went there several times: always well received, never disappointed, and very regularly new dishes on the menu. I'll be back with pleasure on the first occasion. Don't miss the 41 dessert, it's a pleasure! A murder, as they say: Thank you for your welcome and bravo! Keep this momentum and your reputation is assured.

A quality and varied cuisine. A very professional service without being obsessive. Very friendly staff with thoughtful suggestions and advice. Excellent sober and clean atmosphere without being heavy. Very attractive price for service. Averagely convinced by the wine map on the other hand (they are very correct but perhaps slightly below the level of dishes to my taste). And adding cheese to the dessert menu would be more pleasant. Whether it's for evening or noon service, it's always a good experience. We come back frequently, especially since objectively I do not recognize them at the height of this city, and especially in this range of prices. The only defect is a little excitable, but the detour is much worth the cost, especially because if the restaurant was found in the old town, I suppose it would be impossible to have a table without having booked weeks in advance given the poor level of most other establishments in the region.
