Alex is an absolute treasure and genuinely cares about his customers! I had to wait a little in my car for my food, but it was no bother at all. Fast food can be tricky, and sometimes items are out of stock. When he came out with my order, he was extremely courteous. To make things even better, he included some cookies for my wait and even gave me a bag of sauces since I forgot to mention my choice! It truly made my day! Thank you so much for being amazing!

I had a fantastic experience at this Burger King! I really appreciated that you let me bring my pet snail through the drive-thru, even though he wasn't too fond of the car ride—and that's understandable. Your challenge is much bigger: finding ways to cater to snails. However, I was pleased to see that some snails seem to be thriving. My snail absolutely loved the burger I got for him!
