Tasty Tacos - Ankeny

My family has come here since its opening in 1961. today was disappointed when the taco had very little meat. sad to see the decline of quality.

I love them! It’s one of the few places that I can actually get Mexican food I love that I can avoid the onions that I am so very allergic to! Love getting the steak puffy tacos and rice the chicken enchiladas! They’re so quick with their orders, they really should put in drive up lanes…

Being an out-of-towner and having grown up with a Tasty Tacos right down the street, their food always tastes like home. The flour taco is a must. We usually get the Krispos too (not a must, but definitely something sweet to top off your meal Tasty Tacos at any location is worth the trip if you are craving tacos and driving through the Des Moines area. I wouldn't recommend eating this in the car though...

Very good Mexican-American food. This location tastes just as good as any other location. I would recommend this place for a couple tacos anytime.
