Black Diesel Coffee - Ann Arbor

This coffee shop in Ann Arbor has probably the best espresso coffee. I really enjoy it.

This charming coffee shop also serves delicious pastries. It's the perfect spot to savor a hot tea while reading a book, enjoy seasonal lattes (with amazing latte art) with a friend on the patio, or grab a cold brew to take on the go. The pour overs are crafted with care and bursting with flavor. It's our top choice for a morning, afternoon, or evening coffee fix.

The coffee was great, but I had to wait around 20 minutes for my avocado toast, even though the restaurant didn't appear to be very busy. The staff seemed to be messing around and not focused on their tasks. I doubt I'll return to this place.

This is THE coffee spot!! My amazing barista Marisol made me some delicious coffees one of them being a made to perfection caramel latte!! this places atmosphere and overall look is just the best. 10/10 recommend, this is my morning coffee spot FOREVER!

I have been purchasing beans from BDC for the past year. Their quality of single origin selections is unparalleled around the area (trust me I've tried others) and it keeps me coming back. More recently, I've started trying their in cafe options and I've been just as delighted. Though their beans are well priced, their coffee drinks are a bit on the pricey side. Also, I wish their store wasn't on a corner of a busy road. Despite the minor gripes, Black Diesel provides an outstanding selection of coffee beans for home and delicious coffee drinks.
