The food and drinks are AMAZING, and I love trying something new every time I come across this location. Customer Service is definitely a plus, and there are a few spots to sit inside if you're not planning on carry out.
They have a terrible service. I ordered an raw juice from snackpass and they put the ingredient that I haven’t selected. Therefore, I wanted them to make a new juice as I ordered through snackpass showing them the correct order record. But they just said “We have no idea why this happened but we can’t make a refund nor make a new juice for you since it’s expensive.” Even, they were just laughing at the time I was about to leave with anger. They didn’t even look sorry.The wrong order happened last time too when I ordered by snackpass but at that time, the employee there made me a new juice according to my correct order in snackpass.They should fix their order receiving process and should learn what’s the nice service they should provide to the customers.

Absolutely delicious smoothies! I always leave feeling great about my choices when I visit this place. I usually place my order in advance and pick it up, and I’ve never been let down by the service!
If you're not a student or don't live off campus, it's probably better to head to the uptown area near Ann Arbor-Saline Rd. I visited this place after an exam and ordered online just a few minutes before arriving, so I didn't expect my order to be ready immediately. However, I didn't anticipate the long wait either. After about 15 minutes, I checked with the woman making smoothies and showed her my order. She mentioned they were missing an ingredient, and it felt like they might not have made my smoothie if I hadn't brought it up. There was also no notification in the app regarding this issue. She was friendly and offered a substitute ingredient, and my smoothie was ready within the next 10 minutes. The smoothie was decent with the substitute, but waiting 20-25 minutes for an $8 drink is not ideal for customer service. This location clearly needs more staff to handle the rush of students, especially given its close proximity to campus. They should also improve the online ordering system to provide notifications when ingredients are unavailable. Many customers here are students who don't have the luxury of waiting around for over 20 minutes.
