I decided to stop by again to give it a second chance since I was in the mall.Original Milk Tea, Large, 50% Sweet w/ Boba $6.70) Sweeting normally uses whole milk in their milk tea drinks, so it leaves a distinct dairy flavor vs. a more traditional creamer or milk powder construction. The black tea taste does come through, with a slight bitter astringency. The boba had a sticky and chewy exterior with a nice qq interior very reminiscent of a honey soaked boba. While it was on the slightly hard side throughout, the boba was greatly improved by whatever sugar syrup they use as a soak I'm not certain it's honey but it certainly feels like it). Overall the drink was pretty good for a place that mostly prebrews their tea and is much improved over my previous trip.Sweeting has definitely made a good recovery from the Pandemic blues, and I would be glad to come back in the future.
The tea was so good! I’m not sure if the pumpkin spice tea is seasonal but it’s amazing. I would get lower sweetness as the normal sweetness is a lot. Will come again! It’s great.
Cute place with yummy treats ? We had the cookies and cream rolled ice cream and you can choose up to 3 toppings included in the price.
Love this place. Favorite bubble tea place in Ann Arbor area.
I'm not a big fan of bubble tea, but this place has the best bubble tea in my opinion. They have multiple locations, but I had mine at the Ann Arbor location. There are so many different flavor options and toppings it will make your head spin. Will definitely come back for more
