Absolutely infuriating placed my order around 10:30 ish was told the order would be ready in 16-21 minutes I DIDNT RECEIVE MY FOOD UNTIL 11:45 my boyfriend waited in the lobby and said employees were playing on their phones in the back. When we left at 11:45 he said there were still 8 people in the lobby waiting for food… absolutely terrible will not be coming back

Whoever the cashier was on Friday, feb 2nd with highlighted hair is pretty, kind, and quick. I also received extra ranch overall great

Placed a large take-out order for a football party. Placed an online order in the morning for a 5:30p pickup... they were swamped due to the football Sunday and had a lot of orders on the shelf that people hadn't come to pick up. I waited maybe 5 minutes past 5:30p and the order came out fresh, accurate and tasty. All the staff were pleasant and apologized for the wait (no big deal if you ask me! . We walked in ten after 11 not greeted with a smile or any sort of friendliness.... We mentioned it was our first time trying wing stop.... Just WE JUST OPENED. CARD ONLY. Very rude so we went next store to poke fish where we will continue to go ... Ladies if you don't like your job FIND A NEW ONE.
