Bearclaw Coffee Co. - Ann Arbor

Love love love their coffee! We were in Ann Arbor for a football game and went there twice. I had the Cinnamon Dutch Apple Pie latte special of the day (perfect fall drink) and the Karamel Kodiak latte. Both were amazing. Highly recommend!!

I went there for the first time this week and I pulled up into the strange drive thru and was waiting there not knowing what to do or how to order. Employees keep looking out at me in the drive thru and never came out until I asked them if I'm in the right place to order. There was no one else ahead of me and no other people around. I understand if it gets busy but I was alone. I asked for extra ice in my Americano and they didn't add it, I wanted more half and half so they put it in a cup, charged me for it, but didn't tell me there was a charge for it (let people know, it's not difficult). The Americano tasted subpar and was watery. For over $5, it wasn't worth it. I will not be back.

Their drinks are good and the Bearcats delicious, but their system is all disorganized. On multiple occasions we have waited 30+ minutes only for the servers to go to the cars that had behind us and either pulled in the other lane next to us or were actually still behind us. Just happened today, not just with the car that came behind us, but the car that came behind them, too. I guess our car is invisible? I understand that they are understaffed, but how do you skip over a customer to the point that the two cars that came behind them left with their orders before we placed and received our order? Also, other customers, maybe do the polite thing and point out other people were here before you. At the time of writing this, it 's been 31 minutes and we still don 't have our order and a 3rd car is now being assisted. We did point this out to an employee who didn 't apologize, just said We 're really busy in the mornings . We 'll still come back because the only other drive-thru alternative is Starbucks and that 's yuck.

Friendly, helpful staff. Baked goods are gigantic! Coffee is definitely on the sweet side but a delicious treat.

Nice frindly service. Easy drive-through. Great Iced Mocha! Excellent coffee. Super smooties. Did I mention the Chai? Nice Thank You Card frequent client offer(s). Fresh bagels and eats, too. Can you tell I 'm a Regular ?
