Chipotle Mexican Grill - Ann Arbor

Two bad experiences at this chipotle. they leave their online order option if the restaurant no longer online order. I waited for 30 min for an online order I had already paid for when it said it would be ready for picking up when I arrived. when I was there, there were no bowls, chips or pockets. I asked for double guac on the side and they put 2x guac in my burrito. At 20:30 a.m., the employees also said that they could not believe that they could get through the line, then we said 're closing around 9 a.m., no matter what, but not closed the door to keep the people waiting for ~30 minutes, although the workers were 't planning on the new people in the line. so note: the charging hours say they wouldn't close at 10 o'clock at 21 o'clock. I finally get the hot salsa each time. there was no quality control this time and it was completely nuclear. it was literally unpleasant to eat my burrito, who should be a bowl, but they will remember they had no bowls.

4 out of 5 times our delivery order will be cancelled after a one-hour waiting period. the unapologetic service just gives me the head. never experienced this all over the world, especially for a big chain like chipotle. leaving hangry reviews after conscious of chipotle for the 99. a man who stares

This place is pretty bad. I don't know what's going on, but it was an absolute badge. last year, online orders would take over an hour to complete. they don't even bring me to the Halloween application. so many people ordered a burrito and never got it. Now the online system is constantly broken. I would just say my order for picking up online to discover a paper sign on the pickup shelf that their online order system is below. sometimes they also run from guacamole. this place needs a complete revision of the administration. I doubt that this will happen so that they can enjoy it as well. I mean, state st is already torn apart, it wouldn't hurt to take the chipotle too. it would probably improve the real estate value for all I know.

Ordered a bowl with guac and two other sauces and got only the maissalsa. paid full price for guac, although there were none in my bowl. terrible management.

I tried to get chips around dinnertime and there was none. Some of the employees are rude and will be slow to acknowledge you even when there's no one else in line. I know someone else who had an employee SLOWLY EMPHASIZE that their order wasn't ready when asked. No one should expect this type of behavior. This is one location I wouldn't recommend visiting.
