Domino's Pizza - Ann Arbor

I really enjoy Domino's Pizza, especially their cheese pizza. It's my favorite place to get pizza, and I prefer ordering from them over any other pizza place. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that I wish they would open more locations in San Francisco, CA.

The delivered pizza always arrives hot, even in freezing temperatures. How do those bags manage to do that?

From a business perspective, this restaurant seems to be doing very well. I've worked at two of their locations: one in Rochester, NY, and the other in South Florida. My experiences at both locations lead me to recommend this employer to anyone moving to a new area. The job offers a unique chance to quickly become familiar with a city or community, thanks to the many deliveries involved. Although I haven't had a military career, this position has helped me build discipline and organizational skills, which enable me to make the most of my time and finances. Every job offers valuable learning experiences and serves as a stepping stone for personal development.

The "2-minute guarantee" turned out to be nothing more than a blatant fabrication. My local Domino's failed to meet the promised timing, and after waiting a few extra minutes, I attempted to notify them through their text notification system—but received no reply. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I decided to go inside, only to discover that they hadn't even started preparing my order. To make matters worse, no one came to inform me about the delay; I was left sitting outside until I felt compelled to voice my complaint in person. While I understand that issues can arise, it’s unacceptable not to at least notify me of the delay. I never received the promised free pizza for the missed guarantee, and after filling out a customer service form, I received a case number but no response after two months. Their customer service phone line merely directs you to the form or email, but the email address they provide is invalid. They are dishonest and lack any semblance of customer service, contrary to their claims. Proceed with an order at your own risk!

I received a very cold and indifferent response when my order was half an hour late and hadn't even been prepared yet. I ended up canceling it, which resulted in ten people wasting an hour of their time.
