I ordereda bigger plate of chow mein (stir fried tender noodles) with two servings of Orange Chicken (Orange glazed fried breaded chicken) and a side of Kung Pao Chicken (boneless skinless meat with zucchini, peanuts, cayenne peppers, and onions and garlic.
According to them that?s not black hair and the cook had black hair underneath her hat. Very disgusting. Do not eat here. They didn?t even bother to apologise or replace it and stated that?s black peppers. Will file Complaint with health department.
We?d never been to PE before. The food wasn?t great. I ordered black pepper beef, there wasn?t much left so the server literally had to scrape as much off the bottom to give me a serving and I don?t think she quite made it and tasted like it was scraped off the bottom of something. The orange beef just tasted sugary and fried rice was flavorless. Won?t be rushing back anytime soon.
The food is always good but unfortunately if you show up in the last hour 2 hour and a 1/2 before clothes they tell you they are out of certain items and will not make more because they are getting ready to close. I have been to other locations that keep things stacked all the way up too close and that is much more convenient for the customers customers when they are planning dinner.
This place is very unpredictable with what kind of food they?ll have an hour before closing. I?ve had sub par services every time. I came in one night and their choices were slim pickings. I just had dinner here with my boyfriend and we over heard a gentleman complain about how the place has nothing left when it?s half an hour before closing. I?ve work at restaurants and we usually keep making food until we close. There were about six other people who came in half an hour before they close and were very disappointed because there weren?t any food left. Let?s say those six spent $15 each. That?s almost $100 they could?ve made in half an hour if they had more food. The employees excuses were, ?We are closing soon, so we are not making any more food.? ?We don?t wanna stay here for two hours after closing.? I would say that these are very unprofessional excuses. My boyfriend and I were still dining 15 minutes before they close and 2 other people came in, but one of the employees were already mopping the floors. I know for a fact that?s a safety hazard. We love Panda Express. But we won?t be coming to this location again.
