When I came in, it was bit busy but the line moved fast. I went with the bigger plate got the fried rice with Orange Chicken, Shrimp and Beef with Broccoli. Since the Orange Chicken and Shrimp was out, I waited a bit until the new batch was made. I also got a side order of chow mein and a drink all came out to 18 bit expensive . Favorite had to be the orange chicken especially since it was fresh batch and this is their signature dish and what they are known for. The shrimp was good as well, again this was new batch, definitely would get this again. Beef with Broccoli was not a new batch and it was sitting around too long... should have ordered the Beijing Beef rather than this. I was not a fan of the chow mein or the fried rice. Chow mein had no flavor, very bland to be honest. Adding mustard or chili sauce did not help unfortunately. Fried rice please add some more salt... its as if they took rice, fried it up with frozen veggies and added the scrambled eggs, nothing more. If I had to repeat, I would just order the Orange Chicken, Beijing Beef and Shrimp a la carte and skip the side items. Now the cons.... Menu Placement while you wait in line, it's hard to see the menu board until you get to the front, even then you need to walk over to see the menu clearly. Dining Room better job of cleaning their dining table. Lot of the tables had food crumbs on top, on the seats or under the table. Food Tray bottom was sticky! Was surprised that this location did not have a drive through... I've seen Panda Express with drive thru out in west locations, could been an added benefit. It's a fast Chinese food joint... great place for quick bites.
This Panda Express has really gone down hill. Constantly has stale food. Today the lady who made my bigger plate skimped out very heavily on food and only gave me a small scoop of one of the upcharge items. Rice is bland and flavorless. Have given it multiple chances but it's not getting better!
I had a disappointing experience at this Panda Express. The cleanliness was lacking, and the staff were rude. I even overheard one employee complaining about their job. The food quality was poor, and overall, it felt very subpar.
We had driven across town to eat at the Panda Express in Briarwood Mall, so it was disappointing to find such poor service. After having a decent first experience at their Zeeb Road location, our subsequent visits have shown consistent issues with the operation. Tonight marked our fifth visit to the Zeeb Road Panda Express, and we ultimately decided not to order anything. It makes me wonder if the owner is treating this business simply as a means of tax depreciation.
I had a terrible experience at the restaurant today during lunch. The signature dish, orange chicken, was served at room temperature instead of being warm or hot, making it inedible for me. When I requested a refund, the staff member who served me denied my request. She didn’t offer to involve a manager and was unable to process a refund. I ended up paying $9.84 for an unacceptable meal. I would recommend saving your time and money instead.
