Panera Bread - Ann Arbor

I had an excellent experience at this place today. eating was fantastic. however, what made the experience so pleasant was a very friendly and attentive the manager called sara . they went beyond and beyond to help and provide excellent service. even during a very busy day when the staff was short, she held an incredibly positive attitude and ensured that this great experience was for everyone.

I just wanted to drink a coffee. nothing special. So I buy the coffee and go to the seasoned and there is no sugar. I'm asking the lady I bought the coffee for sugar, and she says we haven't gotten any more. What didn't you tell me when I bought the coffee? What do you want me to do with coffee without sugar?

There was a very long line for eating. all the time the people in the kitchen talked and laugh. while waiting for me to eat about 20 minutes, one of the employees said that their phone buzzed and continued to take a BeReal photo for the app while she had about 5 customers who are waiting personally with more mobile orders. she touched her handy with her gloves and then went back to treat food. I got my food after 20 minutes, but I'm worried about the health codes that hurt. my friend used 5-7 minutes and she says she saw one of them sneaking in their hands. EDIT management was very friendly and understanding and said she understood the situation and would treat it accordingly.

I go to all 4 locations in ann arbor and although this is most convenient it is noticeably poor service and product quality. they are often from at least one of: coffee (yes, coffee!, milk or simply syrup. I try to explain that it is to be accepted cold brewed coffee that we are about a machine next to the donator, but they insist on the donator 1/2 full ice (in contrast to other locations). the result is that the ice melts and watered coffee produces. please fill it with cold brew and let us put the ice into our own.

The food is overpriced, but I love the Tuesday bagel deal and drinks. The monthly drink subscription is definitely worth for caffeine-aholics
