Most of the time, the staff is friendly. They can't really get your order right unless you do the mobile order. Sometimes, you open your sandwich, and it's so sloppy that you have to take it back. We all know they wouldn't be ok getting a burger where the top bun is smashed on the side ,because it wasn't on the meat to start with, so of course then the ketchup is every where and just opening the sandwich makes a mess on you. But other than that it's ok. Parking: I never have a problem finding a spot to park. They have 8 mobile order spots which I think is great because some only have 4 then you have to wait for one to open or change your option in the app so you can go thru the drive thru or go inside. If there was a negative rating for atmosphere they couldn't earn it!!! Decor does not match the area... So sad. Servers are trying but the food is often not correct Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
